The Impact of Music to Our Health

Music has great impact on our mental, physical and spiritual health. It could change your pulse rate, blood pressure, circulation and metabolism. Music could even ease up fatigue, tension and boredom. And, it could influence our emotions, feelings and sensations.

My sister really love to play the piano before going to school and upon arriving from school. Sometimes, she receives a sermon  from mom because though it is almost time for school, she really give even 5 to 10 minutes to play piano. I asked her one time why she do that, she said that it could make her more relaxed than just listening to music. So, if you feel relaxed while you are listening to your favorite music, it would be great if you are the one who is doing it.

Searching for a teacher for piano lessons is not that hard nowadays. There are piano lesson online and video piano lesson that could help you learn how to play the piano and enhance your techniques aside from the piano teacher you could find in your neighborhood.

Find time not just to hear good music but play it as well. Remember, music has great impact on our health.
