A Simple Tip to Improve Your Skin Texture
Guava, guava, why do I love thee? Your taste and crispiness satisfies my taste buds. You are not expensive compared to other fruits in the market. I could even grow you on our yard and could grab not just the health benefits of your fruits but your leaves and bark as well.
Now you know the reason why I love guava since my childhood days. Guava is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fibers that is essential to our health in general. And, if you want to improve the texture of your skin, guava could play a big role to improve your skin tone and in avoiding some skin problems.
Guava has astringent content on its fruits and leaves that are more effective than any expensive creams and toner that are available in the market. Ripe guava fruit is yummier to munch but immature guava fruits are of high astringent content than ripe one. Out of guava’s immature fruits and leaves you can make your skin glow and protect it from premature aging. After washing your skin with soap and water, wash it with decoction of fruits and leaves of guava then let it stay for 15-30 minutes before rinsing it. It could tighten up your skin. Healing of pimples and other skin problem could be hastened by doing this method.
Guava is stuffed with vitamin C, that is much richer than orange. It is also loaded with vitamins A and B. With vitamins A, B, and C antioxidants that are good detoxifying agents, munching ripe guava could keep your skin clear, free from skin problem and from premature aging.
Getting Rid of Pimples
My younger sibling got flawless skin but in the past 2 weeks she noticed some zit on her face that made her conscious of her looks. She browse on the net of acne treatments that has natural ingredients and found pronexin review helpful. I could not blame her for being so worried about her skin problem since almost all teenagers want look good always.
I reminded my sister to always take note of possible side effects of any medication before using it. That, she need to check out the ingredients of the product, if it is approved by FDA, and to check out some customers feedback about the product before purchasing one since, it is not good to experiment products to her skin. Products with natural ingredients could be safe for her thus she need to patiently scrutinize the label and get some info about the product.
Best acne treatments could help, I said, but living a healthy lifestyle could not just help in clearing skin problem but promotes good health in general. I reminded her of her sleeping and eating habits, so as of religiously drinking of at least 8 glasses of water a day. Less sleep and too much of fatty foods could not cause pimples but could worsen her skin condition if she will not change it.
She almost always forgot to drink the right amount of water per day. Thus, I told her to focus on water therapy especially nowadays that she want to get rid of her pimples. Water could not kill microorganisms but could help clean and hydrate the skin cells. I also reminded her to exercise because I noticed that in the past few weeks she didn’t move a lot. Exercise and water therapy could help get rid of body toxins.
Pimples could be due to hormonal imbalance, I said. Thus, She need to see a doctor if she noticed no change on her skin condition despite of all the steps she will be doing. “Doctors knows best,” I said.

Functional keratin with no artificial preservatives and fragrance added has been shown to moisturize the skin by more than 20%. It could help the skin retain its moisture thus it is good for those who are suffering from dry skin. Grape seed oil, jojoba, and shea butter are good moisturizer too.
Check out the face moisturizer’s ingredient before purchasing one to have an assurance that you will be using a good moisturizer that could help your skin be moisturized and nourished.
My Battle Against Eczema
What is the health problem that I usually encounter? An itchy atopic eczema. People need not to keep away from me if I am suffering from it because it is not contagious. This irritating itchy allergic disease is believed to be hereditary in nature, that someone suffering from it has inherited the genes from parent who is overly sensitive to allergens in the environment and in environmental factors like emotional stress.
Allergies could trigger eczema thus those that could trigger allergies like certain foods, dust, mold, pollen and animal danders and irritating skin products, hormonal imbalance and stress are some of the culprits of eczema. Excessive heat, certain fabrics that are made up of coarsely woven materials and tobacco smoke could also trigger eczema. All of these things should be avoided as much as possible.
I remember the lady I met in the hospital I am working last January, her problem just started in a small eczema on her neck that became severe. Lichenification or thickening of the skin due to excessive rubbing or scratching of the itchy skin could be seen not just on her neck but on her face as well. I let her see the usual site where eczema usually takes place in me (inside the elbow), she said that I really need to take care of my skin by avoiding the culprits that could trigger eczema and avoid scratching the site to avoid lichefication.
Those who inherited an overly sensitive genes to environmental factors and allergens in the environment could stay away from itchy eczema as long as they stay away from those that could trigger it. Battle against eczema could be lifetime thus they need to take care of their health always by living a healthy lifestyle and stay away from emotional stress.
