Some Health Tips from My Cousin
Health Tips helps a lot for us to be aware of things we can do to attain wellness. I myself loves to read health tips on books, magazines and on internet. And some on the health tips posted by my cousin and friends on their wall at Facebook.
My cousin who is so fit really follows healthy lifestyle. He could even compete on body building competitions if he wants to because of his great shape. He said that he wants to know more about Arnold Schwarzenegger Bodybuilding first. My cousin idolizes Arnold Schwarzenegger not just because of his great shape but of his outlook in life too.
Aside from proper diet, going to the gym and being free from vices, my cousin loves to practice Yoga too. He said that rest and relaxation is really important to combat all kinds of stress. He also practice taking at least 7 hours of good night sleep everyday.
He said that water intake matters a lot too and I agree with him. Our body is composed mostly of liquid. How will it function well if you do not consume right amount of liquid? I am referring to pure water here, not just any liquid. As we all know, our body needs at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Optimism, happiness and contentment are his other secrets too to stay healthy. He said that, “You should be happy in doing all the tips I have mentioned awhile ago because it matters a lot. Plus, be optimistic in all things not just for yourself but by stimulating others to be optimistic, happy and be contented as well matters a lot too.”
My cousin said his health tips but he himself is a great model of outcome of a person who loves to follow healthy lifestyle if you’ll just observe of his doings.
My Friends Vegas Vacation
My six classmates way back on college who are now working in US happily posted their pictures of their Las Vegas vacations on facebook. Good for them though they work in different states they see to it that even ones a year they have time for each other and have some fun.
They really plan their bonding moments because most of the time they spent their days working and have no enough time for relaxation. As they say, home sickness are temporarily forgotten if they are busy working. After their respective duties in the hospital they go for extra jobs before going home to rest. Money is not everything for them of course but they have family in Philippines who rely on their income. Day off for them from their hospital duty as they say is the greatest time they spend for extra jobS (not just one). They are really hard workers for their family’s sake and for their ones a year reunion with friends as well.
Back to their vacation at the same time reunion with friends, the interesting part of their Vegas vacation is that they stayed on Planet Hollywood Resort for two nights. They say it is the hottest hotel now in Las Vegas. Wow! Hope I’ll have a chance a go there and have some fun with them too. I am happy for my friends, they deserve it.

The Necessity of Taking Rest

These people are prone to suffer from harmful effects of stress. God made himself an example, he work for six days and rested on the seventh day and He invited us to do the same.

This helps us not to suffer fatigue and burn out from our jobs.
