Have A New Start

As far as I know it is important to every industry specially in modern corporation in which logistics is its heart and soul. ” That’s was part of the conversation I had with my youngest sibling who is on her third year high school last night. She is still on the process of making a decision for the right profession to take. She want to finish a college degree that she will enjoy doing for the rest of her life.
Talking about logistics, planning and implementation usually flashes to our minds if the said word is mentioned, right? What are your plans about your health and what are the things that you are currently doing to and planning to do to stay fit?
If you include NEW START in your daily itinerary you are on your way to wellness. What does NEW START means? N stands for Nutrition, E for Exercise, W for Water, S for early morning Sunlight, T for Temperance in all things you do, A is for pure Air, R is for Rest and relaxation, and T stands for Trust in God.
Implement NEW START everyday. Be a logistics officer for you and other peoples health. Whatever we eat, drink, or do today (quality and quantity) has great impact to our health not just for hours or days after but for the years to come.
Got A Dark Eye Circle Problem?
Dark eye circle is not just a problem of women but men as well. It may be due to hormonal change, poor nutrition, effects of some medications, lack of sleep, exposure to the sun or heredity. So, before putting anything to lighten those dark eye circles, better check out first its cause.
Prevent dark eye circles by practicing a healthy lifestyle and give more emphasis on the following:
First, that you made sure that your body is properly hydrated. 8-12 glasses of water a day helps your skin to fight from premature aging.
Second, make sure you have adequate rest and sleep. Lack of sleep could result to unhealthy and pale skin making the blood vessels under the eyes appear black and more visible.
Third, nourish your skin by eating nutritious foods. Vitamin A is good for the eyes so it is best to grab those yellow and green leafy vegetables while vitamin C and E are known to help the skin to become more firm and stay healthy.
Fourth, if your eyes are tired, better apply slices of cucumber or raw potato over your eyelids to help your eye muscles to relax and your skin to be refreshed. Raw potato and cucumber also contains enzymes that could lighten the skin thus preventing you to have dark eye circles.
Why worry from dark eye circles now that you know some steps how to fight from dark eye circles? And, if you are currently suffering from dark eye circles, better do the steps I’ve shared to eliminate the possible cause. If dark circle persist, better ask help from your doctor what’s the best thing to do with it.
Family Budget Management
Nowadays where everything seems expensive, we need to spend our money wisely. We need to know where to Best Buy things we need and spend less on our wants.
Family health is wealth, thus, wholesome food should be the first priority of family budget. Lack of budget should not hinder from preparing wholesome foods. Parents just need some understanding about nutrition, some common sense, and imagination. Fruits, vegetables, eggs, milk, whole-grain rich foods should be prioritized over food that are processed and those that are high in fat, salt, and sugar. You don’t need lots of money to provide nourishing foods for your family.
As early as my childhood years, I remember that I am the one who budget my weekly allowance. At first, my allowance for 5 days lasts for 2-3 days only. It was so hard for me to stretch my weekly allowance. I told my grandma about my problem and on the next day she gave me a small notebook. She let me write all my weekly expenses and as the week ended, she let me reflect about my expenses. She let me check all the needs and put an X on my wants. My grandma let me do it for a month while encouraging me to save some amount for the rainy days. On my first week I got lots of X than check marks, but after a month I barely saw X mark on my weekly expenses and the list of expenses was much shorter than the first few weeks. The activity was so simple yet full of lessons about budgeting.
While they are young, children should learn the true value of money as early as possible. They should be taught to differentiate their needs and wants, and on how to use money wisely aside from teaching them about taking care of their health in inexpensive ways.
Diet Pills and My Sister
In the past few weeks I have been talking a lot about my younger sister who is checking out some diet pills because she wants to lose weight after giving birth. In fairness to the diet pill she is taking she lost few pounds now. But, I take some credits too to her daily exercise and good nutrition, that are mostly raw vegetables and fruits.
Hope she will continue her right diet and daily exercise after she got her desired weight. Diet pills helps a lot in losing some weight but she really need to control her food intake for her to maintain the right weight and not be lazy on moving her body for her daily exercise. I am happy that at least she is now on the right tract to healthy living.
The Importance of Multivitamins and Minerals
Taking multivitamins and minerals as nutritional assurance that you have all the necessary nutrients is a good habit.
Good nutrition is essential to good health. Nowadays, people are mostly on the go and usually fed themselves with instant foods and less of unprocessed one, especially fruits and vegetables, do you think they have regular balanced diet? I agree that multivitamins and minerals should not be treated as substitute of eating a regular balanced diet but it is an excellent help to people who are always on the go. Remember that the main reason why you are taking multivitamins is for you to be protected against vitamin and, or mineral deficiency that could put you at risk to certain ailment like anemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency. So, taking a pill of multivitamins like centrum everyday as your nutritional supplement to your regular diet is really a great help for you to attain wellness.
Womens vitamins are so essential because women has special nutritional needs. They tend to loss some minerals during menstrual periods, they have special needs of certain essential nutrients too during pregnancy and lactating stage not just for their own health but for their baby as well. Gender specific vitamins such as women vitamins is really a great help in supplementing the essential nutrition needed of women.
