Got A Dark Eye Circle Problem?

Dark eye circle is not just a problem of women but men as well. It may be due to hormonal change, poor nutrition, effects of some medications, lack of sleep, exposure to the sun or heredity. So, before putting anything to lighten those dark eye circles, better check out first its cause.

Prevent dark eye circles by practicing a healthy lifestyle and give more emphasis on the following:

First, that you made sure that your body is properly hydrated. 8-12 glasses of water a day helps your skin to fight from premature aging.

Second, make sure you have adequate rest and sleep. Lack of sleep could result to unhealthy and pale skin making the blood vessels under the eyes appear black and more visible.

Third, nourish your skin by eating nutritious foods. Vitamin A is good for the eyes so it is best to grab those yellow and green leafy vegetables while vitamin C and E are known to help the skin to become more firm and stay healthy.

Fourth, if your eyes are tired, better apply slices of cucumber or raw potato over your eyelids to help your eye muscles to relax and your skin to be refreshed. Raw potato and cucumber also contains enzymes that could lighten the skin thus preventing you to have dark eye circles.

Why worry from dark eye circles now that you know some steps how to fight from dark eye circles? And, if you are currently suffering from dark eye circles, better do the steps I’ve shared to eliminate the possible cause. One of my cousins asked me what’s the best wrinkle treatment in the market. I told her that the best anti-aging regime could not be bought. She’s smiling as she asked me what I am trying to imply. Healthy lifestyle and inner peace, I said, are the best wrinkle treatment.

We have to be grateful to all scientists who are trying their best to produce the best wrinkle treatment for us to stay young looking and beautiful but we need to bear in mind that all those treatments acts just like supplements. Stress, smoking, lack of rest and relaxation, too much exposure to the sun and other unhealthy habits could not just trigger premature wrinkle formation but illnesses as well. Proper diet, water therapy, exercise and adequate rest plus other healthy habits that promotes good health and sound mind combats wrinkle formation not just illnesses.

Wrinkle treatment, however expensive it is, will not be that effective if healthy lifestyle and inner peace is lacking, I said, and my cousin agreed to it.

How Do You Practice Your Freedom

How do you practice your freedom? Free People, we are created by God that way. We are given free will and what to do with that given freedom is entirely up to us.We are free to choose and decide in all things we want to happen in our lives. We can choose to live with healthy lifestyle or do the opposite way around- eat, drink and do things that may harm not just our body but our mental, spiritual and, or social aspects  of our being as well. We have a choice to be happy always by filling our minds with positive thoughts despite all the stresses we face every day that could pull our spirit down or choose to be depressed instead. We have a choice to pursue our goals or give up; follow the laws of the land or not; be a good and responsible parent or not; etc. etc.. To recognize God as our Creator and Saviour is even up to us to choose.

Yes, we are free people, free to do things we want. We just need to bear in mind that every choice we make or decisions made has an impact not just  on ourselves but  on our loved ones as well. So, better decide not based on your impulse but with lots of consideration.
