Childhood obesity problem is rising. More and more children are suffering from it. Obesity could not just result to bullying at school because of not usual size of the child but also of health problems.

Why Men Should be More Health Conscious
Though women could wear men’s wear including mens ties you will still note the difference in gender. It is not just the clothes that you can see the difference between men and women but in total health as well.
Let us take cardiovascular problems as an example. It has been noted by experts that heart disease and high blood pressure is more prevailing in men than woman. And, most of men who suffer from heart problems are of hereditary cause (there is a history in the family). Of course, living an unhealthy lifestyle could trigger health problems and is a big factor why we suffer from illnesses.
Living a healthy lifestyle could help all of us to stay healthy. Men are more prone to adopt bad habits like smoking and drinking alcoholic drinks compared to women. As we all know these are unhealthy foods. Fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains that are not processed are what our body needs regardless of our gender.

Awakening to Wellness
I asked one person who loves cigarillos what is in cigarette that it is so hard for him to get rid of it. I thanked him for being so open, that he willingly shared something about being a smoker. He said it is of psychological pleasure and satisfaction he gets from cigarette smoking, aside from variety of tastes that made him hooked to it.

It is a highly addictive that more than fifty percent of people who quit smoking go back to their old habit because of the withdrawal symptoms they experienced. We all know that smoking is bad to smokers’ health and to health of people that surrounds the smokers. As for me, smokers are just in denial of that reality and need to be awakened and needs help to stay away from their addictive habit. Remember, it is not just their health that is at risk but people who could breathe in the second hand and third hand smoke as well. Smoking is form of addiction. Let us help them be awakened from their deep sleep for wellness purposes.

Take Time to Rest
One of my friends declared that she need the help of the best eye creams in the market now while all she need is adequate sleep.
Reviewing for the board exam does not just require effort but time as well that’s why I could not blame my friend not to waste her precious time reviewing all the notes she had for her upcoming exams. But, she is bargaining her health now that her time to rest is reduced.
As we all know, rest is as important as drinking right amount of water and taking the right food for you to stay healthy. My friend knew how important rest is but still she rest just 3 to 4 hours a day because she feel as if she need to know all the information did not encountered yet and to review all her lessons way back on college years.
Now that she noticed that her eyes is not pleasing to look at compared to when she is well rested, she want a help of an eye cream instead of taking time to rest. We just communicate through text messages, hope we’ll see each other this weekend for me to remind her in person to take time to rest even just for 6 hours a day.
I am pretty sure there are other people out there who sacrifice their time to rest with activities they feel that need more of their attention, while others on activities they enjoy. Please always remember that we need adequate rest for us to stay healthy. Adequate rest is part of healthy lifestyle.
