What is the important criterion of a  web hosting provider? As a layman who ventured in the world of blogging, I could say that customer support is the most important criterion in choosing for a web host.

Speaking of blogging, it was never in my mind to write some articles one day. It seems, I am always lost for words to write if we were given some assignments during my high school and college years. It’s not because I have no idea of the subjects that we were assigned to write to but, for the reason that it was too hard for me to express all the things I want to say that time.

Thanks a lot to a friend who invited me to join the blogging world for me to learn to express my thoughts, opinions, and views in life so as to share my experiences and the things I know to other people. He said, all I need to do is to write things I want to say of certain topic.  And, since I am on Medical field, I better write something about health and be inspired by other sites under health category while doing my own thing in sharing information about health, my own experiences and other things I learned about life in general.

Webhosting provider, web security, domain names, search engines,  web traffic, and other terms are so strange to me that time but he was patient enough to introduce me about the basic in blogging and on how will my website will run. The most exciting part as I remember about my website is when I choose for the name of the site. It has taken time for me to think of the best name that I love and could be proud of.

It has been a year now since I started writing my thoughts, and I thank God that this site, Family Health Avenue, run smoothly on the internet inspiring people to live a healthy lifestyle because of the help of a good web hosting provider.

Reflection

I feel bored this evening. I already read all my emails and checked what’s the latest about my friends on social network site where I am active most. As I check out my drawer, I saw two communion invitations sent to me by my friends last year for first communion of their kids. As I saw the invitations,  I realized that I am really getting older because those 10-year old kids that had their first communion last year were still newborn babes way back I first saw them. It’s almost 11 years now since  me and my friends graduated from college. I just smiled to my reflection at the mirror. Well, I still look young for my age.

My friends always tease me that I need to look for a partner in life now because I am not getting any younger. That, I could share more about kids health here on my blog if I have kids of my own. My friends are some of the avid readers of Family Health Avenue, they even subscribe to my RSS feed. Yes, I got good friends that are eligible bachelors but they’re contented to be just my friend. I believe that the right person will just come at the right time.

Keepsakes like first communion invitations could help us reflect of what is going on with our lives, right? I just smiled to myself as I have those reflections and decided to write something about it here.
