Human Growth Hormone

The human growth hormone is normally produced by our system through the brain, but due to some abnormalities, there are people who produce less of this hormone thus causing them to have dwarfism syndrome or having a small frame like that of a child and not grow in height. One of our church members’ child had this syndrome, and at fourth year high school, she was as tall as a fourth grade student. Although beautiful and intelligent, the teenager lost her confidence due to her height problems, and it also because a burden to her parents because they do not know what to do to correct it.
A friend doctor advised them about human growth hormone supplements, and they decided to have their daughter take them. After a couple of years, the teenager has grown a few inches until she reached the normal height of teens her age. That was really amazing. Now, she is college and about to finish nursing because she always dreamed of becoming a nurse like her mother. This only goes to show that even growth issues causes by growth hormonal imbalance can be corrected, and we only need to give it a try.

Missy and the Dog Ramps

How important are dog ramps? As I visited my Aunt one afternoon, I caught her checking out some dog ramps on the internet. I asked her if it is really necessary for her to buy one for Missy because she is too light to be lifted unto their car or any elevated places. But, my Aunt said that it could be part of Missy’s training for discipline and independence. And,  it is worth the price, because the dog ramp she wants to purchase could be use both indoor and outdoor. I am imagining Missy walking  to and fro on one of the dog ramps shown on the screen. Wow! So cute. I cannot blame my Aunt, she really loves Missy.

Speech Anxiety No More

Are you suffering from speech anxiety? Lots of people are experiencing it not just individuals with shy type personality but experienced speakers as well. I asked my brother who competes with extemporaneous speaking on his high school days and been assigned with many speaking engagements. It has been lot of times he have been invited to speak a sermon in church and participate in crusades done by young people. I asked him if he ever experienced a speech anxiety during one of those times he speak on public. He really admitted that he did experienced it many times before he gave his speech, and that he overcomes it with a great determination to transmit the right message to his listeners. He is not on ministerial work for our church or been trained to speak on public but has the ‘guts’ to speak out in front of many people and let his listeners understand what he wants to convey.

What is his secret in overcoming speech anxiety? He spend some time delivering his topic infront of the mirror, watch his facial expression and listen to the tone of his voice. He said that facial expressions and tone of voice is so important aside from what you were saying. Preparation is important, that you need to come as prepared as possible. Physically, emotionally and mentally prepared to face your audience and deliver your message.

My Quest for Quality Yet Affordable Bags

Who does not want quality yet affordable bags? I want to dedicate this post to my cousin Felly from UK  for the TULA bag she gave me. This is my tula story: I want new quality bag for my everyday use. But, I am not rich to buy an expensive bag. As far as I know there are affordable bags that are of great quality. I check out different shops to look for quality yet affordable bags. I want a bag that is simple and and suits in any occasions. A bag that was designed to last long.

Tula keeps popping on my mind while me and my sister are checking out some bags on our favorite local shops. Why on earth I have a tula bag? My Aunt from UK who comes home for a vacation six years ago, gave me Tula bag as present  and, it still in good condition until now. Yes, the local shops we’ve been to has lots of quality bags yet I could not afford to buy them. My sister said that I am so thrifty that she never seen me bought signature bags. Well, I am just a practical person. Why will I sacrifice my budget if I can have a quality bag at an affordable price? Since she loves me that much, she did  not argue with me. Instead, she help me look for quality yet affordable bags in local shops here in our place.

It was out of the blue that I have been to Friends for Leather site and found out that tula bags are on sale. Oops! My Aunt and cousin will take their vacation here this year instead of going to other countries they haven’t travelled yet. What a good opportunity for me to have a new tula bag again. Me and Felly (my cousin who lives in  UK) both loves facebook. With facebook, we are updated on our whereabouts. I posted on “what’s on your mind section” about tula bags, that Friends for Leather shop is on sale, on sale of their tula bags. My cousin who loves tula bags too send me a message of thanks for the information I posted and, she let me choose a design because she will buy new tula bags, one for herself and another one for me. What a great news! I will have my dream quality bag for free, a tula leather bag from my cousin. As I told my sister about it, she just smile and said, “What a great blessing for you to have that.”
