Take Time to Rest
One of my friends declared that she need the help of the best eye creams in the market now while all she need is adequate sleep.
Reviewing for the board exam does not just require effort but time as well that’s why I could not blame my friend not to waste her precious time reviewing all the notes she had for her upcoming exams. But, she is bargaining her health now that her time to rest is reduced.
As we all know, rest is as important as drinking right amount of water and taking the right food for you to stay healthy. My friend knew how important rest is but still she rest just 3 to 4 hours a day because she feel as if she need to know all the information did not encountered yet and to review all her lessons way back on college years.
Now that she noticed that her eyes is not pleasing to look at compared to when she is well rested, she want a help of an eye cream instead of taking time to rest. We just communicate through text messages, hope we’ll see each other this weekend for me to remind her in person to take time to rest even just for 6 hours a day.
I am pretty sure there are other people out there who sacrifice their time to rest with activities they feel that need more of their attention, while others on activities they enjoy. I Am Getting Fatter!
Oops! Do I need to take the best fat burning supplement? I am getting fatter now, that’s what my friends comments on my pictures posted on social site we are active. I really love to take photos thus, my friends could really tell if I gain for good or too excess in a span of time.
As for now, I am taking time for exercise and cutting my share on everything we eat at home everyday. Since last month, it has been lots of times that I attended gatherings. And since it is summertime, we go outing every now and then. Eating takes a large part of outing activities aside from swimming and other activities.
Yeah, I ate a lot compared to the usual servings I take in this past two months thus I am really guilty of gluttony… Now, starting now, I always remind myself to have temperance in eating and to take time for exercise.
