How to stay away from colds and flu? Stay away from those that are coughing and sneezing, if it is not possible, try not to get too close to the said individual. Make it a habit to wash your hands every now and then with soap and water or use disinfecting agents like alcohol to avoid microorganism transmission. And, keep your hands away from your face even after you’ve washed your hands.

Fatty and sweet foods could suppress your immune system, so better cut down your fat and sweet food intake. While, multivitamins and fresh fruits and vegetables helps a lot inĀ  strengthening the immune system so better not neglect it. Vitamins C, E and zinc fights against colds and flu. Stress could lower the immune system too. So, better have time for regular exercise and relaxation to fight the harmful effects of stress.

Aside from destressing effect of exercise, it could enhance your immune system to be on great condition too, so better not to forget exercise in your daily schedule. Cold and flu virus are everywhere and could attack you anytime. So, better strengthen your immune system now.
