Why Do We Need To Exercise

Why do we need to exercise? Because diet alone is not sufficient for us to be healthy. Likewise, exercise alone is not enough to be healthy. Diet and exercise are inseparable if you want to attain wellness. Our diet supplies the materials to maintain good functioning of the body while exercise is important in keeping good circulation.

Get up and move your body because muscles may become weak if they are not used. If you will not put some weight or stress to your bones, it may loss its minerals and may become weak. Move your body especially your joints for it not to be stiff, unflexible and unbendable because you have not used it. Imagine the machine that have not been used for so long, it is too hard to operate if you will unless you put an oil on it, right?

Go, get up and move. Have a 30 minutes minutes exercise everyday.

    I completely agree with “Get up and move your body because muscles may become weak if they are not used” Also if your feeling overcome and heady, exert yourself for increased energy and a good nights sleep!
